At ESSE Purse Museum & Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique accessory. If your purchase doesn't perfectly complement your style, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking information.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
